Zachary Scott Robbins

High School Principal

Dr. Zachary Scott Robbins is a high school principal in Las Vegas who has turned around several secondary schools. A former English teacher, he has presented to audiences throughout the United States about restorative practices and trains school leaders on how to implement restorative-justice programs. In his book, Restorative Justice Tribunal: And Ways to Derail Jim Crow Discipline in Schools, Zac not only explains how to implement restorative practices but also provides insight into implicit bias, cultural competency, and continuous school improvement. He was educated at Howard University in Washington, D.C., and earned his doctorate in education administration at the Boston College Lynch School of Education.
