Simone Kern
For more than a decade, Simone Kern worked in Houston Public Schools聽as a teacher, campus administrator, and district-level curriculum director聽focusing on literacy. Simone is a certified principal with a Master's of School Administration from the University of Houston. Three years ago, when Simone became temporarily disabled and had to give up working in schools, they started writing and learning to be a Montessori-at-home parent. Simone聽lives聽with their 2-year-old daughter, 5-year-old nephew, and 14-year-old niece.
