As an instructional math coach for the Metuchen, New Jersey, school district聽with over 20 years of teaching experience, I have focused on collaborating with teachers and administrators to develop engaging and rigorous math lessons with a real-world connection. Awards and grants include Middlesex County聽Teacher of the Year, Best Practices,聽NCTM Designing Innovative Lessons Grant, and the Raytheon Creativity Grant. My research centers on elementary teachers鈥� self-efficacy when teaching math and how it drives instructional math resource choices.
