I was born in Colombia, South America, and recently visited there to observe innovations in schools and classrooms and see long-missed family. I am an artist and a techno-phile. I have significant experience in standards-based curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Cultivating relevance and rigor are core to how I support teachers in their development and implementation of units of inquiry.
