Lara Schmitt is a passionate educator and school leader with a master’s in educational leadership from Montclair State University and a bachelor’s in elementary and special education from Felician University. She holds multiple New Jersey certifications, including principal, supervisor, teacher of students with disabilities, and English. With extensive experience in curriculum development, staff training, and fostering inclusive practices, Lara is a visionary leader dedicated to student achievement, staff development, community engagement, and advancing educational excellence through collaboration and innovative strategies.
