I am a math teacher with 15 years of middle school math experience, in eighth grade and Algebra 1. I currently teach in a small, suburban school district, and prior to that, I taught for seven years in a very large district. I believe it’s important to have students move, with purpose, in the classroom as it fosters communication, which is a key practice for any size district or class.
