Charles Alexander is an educator in Montgomery County Public School, Maryland. Charles is a teacher certified in English and history with 21 years of classroom experience. Charles left the classroom to serve as an equity instructional specialist on the MCPS Equity Initiatives unit before joining the MCPS Office of School Support and Improvement. Charles holds master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Science of Education, with a focus on excellence and equity in education. Currently, Charles is an aspiring writer and a dedicated equity warrior scholar.
